Welcome to the Yamaha XJ650 Blog Site. This site was put together to become the complete reference site for everything to do with Yamaha XJ650 Maxims and Secas. Having driven, built, rebuilt many Yamaha XJ's I have always been frustrated with how hard it is to find specific information on my bike. I know all the good websites and I own all the good books but I have always wanted to have a single source for all the information on my bike in one place.

As time goes on I will collect all the information on these bikes and put it in an easy to find format. From general maintenance to custom rebuilds come to Yamaha XJ650 Blog for all your XJ650 information.

As well, I will be posting pictures of what other people have done with their bikes and hopefully inspire others to keep these bikes on the road for many more decades to come.
